Inputs a \(ZG\)-resolution \(R\), a \(ZG'\)-resolution \(S\), and a group homomorphism \(f : G \longrightarrow G'\). It outputs a component object \(M\) with the following components.

The resolution \(S\) must have a contracting homotopy.
