The GAP 4 package XModAlg

Introduction

This package allows for computation with crossed modules of commutative algebras; cat1-algebras; and morphisms of these structures.

Distribution

• The ‘XModAlg’ package is distributed with the deposited GAP packages, see: https://www.gap-system.org/Packages/xmodalg.html
• It will, in due course, be available from the GitHub repository at: https://gap-packages.github.io/xmodalg/

Installation

• unpack xmod-<version_number>.zip' in the pkg’ subdirectory of the GAP root directory.

• From within GAP load the package with:

  gap> LoadPackage(“XModAlg”);

  true

• The file manual.pdf is in the `doc’ subdirectory.
